We have immense pleasure to announce that the Association of Healthcare Providers (India) which represents the vast majority of healthcare providers in India is expanding its membership umbrella to include AYUSH wing as well.
AHPI represents the vast majority of healthcare providers in India and is a not-for-profit organization, registered as SOCIETY under the society registration act of 1860. AHPI advocates with the government, regulatory bodies and other stake holders on issues, which have bearing on enabling its member organizations to deliver appropriate healthcare services to community at large.
The country today realizes that its own traditional systems can play a significant role in healthcare. Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa Rigpa, Homoeopathy collectively covered under the Ministry of AYUSH, represent a pluralistic and integrative scheme of health services.
AHPI actively works with the government, policy making institutions, various commissions and committees on proposed legislation/regulations and other reforms, which can enable healthcare providers to deliver affordable and quality healthcare services to the community at large.
AHPI functions as a communication hub and notify members on national and international affairs which may have ramifications for Indian healthcare providers.
AHPI today has 20-functional chapters in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Goa, North Zone, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Northeast 1 and Northeast 2. These empowered Chapters enable all our objectives at the state level.
AHPI establishes an empowered secretariat to help member organizations (single window solution concept) in building capacities to realize the mission and objectives.
